Shipping

We ship worldwide! Some items may have restrictions, especially for international orders. Shipping costs and delivery times are based on the item production lead time, shipping method, and destination. Most shipping rates are based on size and calculated during checkout.

 

  • Returns must be in new, resalable condition with original packaging.
  • A 10–15% restocking fee may apply upon the assessment of the product condition. Higher fees may be charged for items that are worn or damaged.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective items.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we’re not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
  • To start a return, contact our support team within five business days of delivery, and we will be happy to assist. 

 

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 10 days of delivery.

 

Damage in Transit

Please take photos of the damage to the packaging and the product and send them to support@prizewheeldepot.com along with your order number and tracking number, so that we can file a shipping claim. In the meantime, we will send you new items so that you can get going!
