Are your prize wheels customizable?
Our prize wheels can be customized with your logo in the center. You can write in or print your own prize to customize prizes as well.
Do your products come assembled?
Most prize wheels and plinko games are shipped partially assembled, with easy-to-follow instructions for final setup.
Where are your products made?
Our prize wheels and plinko games are proudly manufactured in New Jersey, using high-quality materials sourced from local suppliers across the Northeast. When you buy from us, you're supporting American craftsmanship and small businesses.
What materials are used in your prize wheels and games?
We use durable, high-quality materials, including powder-coated steel, aluminum, high-density fiberboard, wood, rubber, and fade-resistant printed graphics to ensure long-lasting performance.
Do you guarantee even chances, or can I adjust my odds?
Our products are promotional in nature, and we do not guarantee odds or customize them to specific outcome probabilities. That said, our prize wheels are carefully balanced in all directions with straight, evenly spaced pegs. Similarly, our plinko boards feature a flat surface and evenly distributed pegs to ensure a smooth experience.

Is there a volume discount?
A: We extend volume discounts for large orders. If your order size exceeds 10 units, please contact us at sales@prizewheeldepot.com.
Do you offer wholesale or reseller pricing?
A: Yes, we work with event planners, marketing activation agencies, and many other partners. Contact us to inquire about a reseller account at sales@prizewheeldepot.com.
How do I upload my logo?
You can upload your logo during checkout or email it to our team after placing your order. We accept most file types, including .AI, .EPS, .PDF, and high-resolution PNGs.
I’m planning a trade show/event. Can you help me choose the right products?

I have an event date approaching. How fast can you ship my order?
Our standard production time is 5–7 business days. We offer express options upon request in both production and shipping. If you are in a rush, the best way to make it happen is to call us at (732) 775-7510. We are also on e-mail - sales@prizewheeldepot.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Can I use my own shipping account or courier?
To ensure reliable delivery and full order protection, we ship all orders under our own carrier accounts. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate third-party shipping accounts.
