Frequently asked questions
What types of prize games do you sell?
We make prize wheels and Plinko games for business promotions and events, in sizes from tabletop to floor-standing. Browse the full lineup in Prize Wheels and Plinko Games, plus the cases, stands, and add-ons in Options & Accessories.
Are your prize wheels ready to ship?
Yes. Our wheels and games are stock items built to ship fast, so you are not waiting weeks on a custom production run. Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. If you have a firm event date, add it at checkout or call us at (732) 775-7510 and we will confirm timing before you order.
Can I customize a prize wheel myself?
That is the whole idea. You set the prizes, not us. Write them on a dry erase wheel with a marker, slot printed panels into an insert your own wheel, or apply your own adhesive graphics. You can also add a printed logo to the center cap for a branded look without paying for a fully custom face.
Do you offer fully custom-designed wheels?
Our wheels are built for you to customize yourself, which keeps them affordable and reusable. If you need a fully designed-and-printed custom wheel or an oversized one-off build, our sister company Spinning Designs handles full-custom work.
What sizes and mounts are available?
Wheels come in 18", 24", 30", and 36" diameters, in tabletop, wall-mount, and floor-stand configurations (including floor stands on wheels for easy repositioning). Larger diameters read clearly across a busy room; tabletop sizes fit a counter or check-in table. Compare options in Prize Wheels.
Do your products come assembled?
Most prize wheels and Plinko games ship partially assembled with easy-to-follow instructions, so final setup takes minutes. Smaller accessories arrive ready to use.
What materials are used in your wheels and games?
Our wheels and Plinko boards are built from durable, reusable materials with fade-resistant printed graphics, so they survive repeated handling, travel, and many events rather than one. This is the difference between gear you reuse for years and a disposable wheel that does not.
Where are your products made?
Our prize wheels and Plinko games are made in the USA. When you buy from us you are supporting American manufacturing and getting closer, faster support if you ever need a part or a hand.
How are your prize wheels different from the cheap ones online?
The inexpensive wheels sold online are usually built for a single event and show it after a few spins. Ours are made to be reused, with sturdier frames, replaceable parts, and a write-on or insert surface so you change prizes instead of buying a new wheel. It is the durable, reusable upgrade, not the throwaway.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other standard business payment methods. Payment is due at the time of order.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. There is no minimum order on any product, whether you need one wheel or a dozen.
Do you offer volume or reseller pricing?
Yes. For larger orders or reseller accounts, email sales@prizewheeldepot.com with what you are looking for and we will put together pricing.
Can I add my logo to a wheel?
Yes. Add a printed center-cap logo to most wheels for a branded look without the cost of a fully custom face. You upload your own artwork; see the logo option in Options & Accessories.
How fast can you ship my order?
Because our wheels and games are ready-to-ship stock items, most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. If you are on a deadline, the fastest way to lock in timing is to call us at (732) 775-7510 before ordering, and we will confirm production and shipping windows for your size.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship across the US and can quote international destinations on request. Some larger items have shipping restrictions by destination; email sales@prizewheeldepot.com for an international quote.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships we send a tracking number by email.
What is your return policy?
Ready-to-ship products can be returned within 10 business days of delivery if approved. You ship the item back within 5 business days, cover return shipping, and we refund the product price less a 10% restocking fee once it arrives unused and undamaged. Shipping charges are non-refundable. See Shipping & Returns for full details.
How do I start a return?
Email sales@prizewheeldepot.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send return authorization; unauthorized return shipments are not accepted.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
If we made an error or your item arrives damaged, we will make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund. Contact us within 10 business days of delivery at sales@prizewheeldepot.com.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All our prize wheels and Plinko games come with a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear. See Shipping & Returns for warranty terms.
What Plinko games do you offer?
Two: the floor-standing Drop & Win Plinko Game for big activations, and a portable lightweight Plinko for smaller spaces and travel. Both live in Plinko Games.
Can I set my own prizes on a Plinko board?
Yes. The prize slots are yours to define with printed cards, so one board can run giveaways, discounts, jackpots, or charity tiers and change between events.
Can I use a prize wheel for a trade show or retail promotion?
Absolutely. Prize wheels are a proven way to stop foot traffic, gather a crowd, and capture leads at trade shows, store openings, and retail promotions. The insert-your-own and dry-erase wheels are popular here because you can match each event without reordering.
Do you have prize wheels for fundraisers and school carnivals?
Yes. Reusable dry-erase wheels are a favorite for fundraisers, raffles, and school carnivals because one wheel covers a whole season of events with no per-event print cost. Browse Dry Erase Prize Wheels.
Do you sell a real, physical spin-the-wheel game, not a digital spinner?
Yes. We make physical prize wheels you can put on a table, wall, or floor stand for live events and in-store promotions, not an on-screen spinner app. If you want a real spin-to-win wheel for your business, start with Prize Wheels.
Can I use a prize wheel at a sporting event or amusement venue?
Yes. Large, high-visibility wheels and Plinko boards are a natural fit for stadiums, fan zones, fairs, and amusement venues where you want to pull a crowd and reward participation. Larger floor-stand sizes read from a distance in busy, high-ceiling spaces.
Do prize wheels work for small businesses and local promotions?
Yes. A tabletop or wall-mount wheel is an affordable, reusable way for a shop, restaurant, or local business to run grand openings, loyalty days, and seasonal promotions without a big production budget.
Do you have small or portable prize wheels for travel?
Yes. Our lightweight wheels pack down small, set up in minutes, and travel without a crate, so they suit pop-up booths, classroom visits, and events that move between venues, without being the disposable kind. See the lightweight and portable wheels.
Can I use a prize wheel in a classroom?
Yes, and a dry erase wheel is ideal for it. Teachers write rewards, review questions, or student names on the wipe-clean surface and reset it daily, so one wheel covers the whole school year with no printing. Unlike a free on-screen spinner, it is a real wheel students come up and spin. Browse the dry erase wheels.
